Chamber Code of Conduct & Governance Rules

To preserve the elite standards and confidentiality of the Business Leaders Network, all active members are required to abide by the following official regulations:

1. Professional Integrity & Honest Representations

All company profiles, turnover claims, certifications, and product offerings published in the Directory must be authentic and verifiable.
Misrepresentation of commercial capabilities or falsification of business credentials will result in immediate permanent expulsion.

2. Anti-Spam & Zero Unsolicited Pitching

In-platform private chat is strictly reserved for legitimate B2B enquiries, procurement requests, and collaborative business proposals.
Automated bulk scraping, repetitive unsolicited messaging, or unsolicited financial schemes are strictly prohibited.

3. Privacy Shield & Phone Number Etiquette

Members who select "In-Platform Chat Only" must not have their privacy circumvented. Respect fellow members' privacy settings at all times.
Any member found harvesting or distributing peer phone numbers externally will have their credentials revoked.

4. Disciplinary Action & Membership Revocation

The Chamber Executive Committee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership upon verified receipt of ethical violations, non-fulfillment of commercial contracts, or conduct detrimental to the chamber reputation.
